Haworth Tompkins are working with Peabody and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to implement a major regeneration project at the edge of the Silchester Estate, adjacent Latimer Road Tube Station.

The new build will provide 112 mixed tenure homes; community and retail facilities; the scheme has been designed around a communal garden; integrating an existing 20 storey tower within a new urban block. The proposals include a new mews alongside the existing railway viaduct, creating opportunities for opening up the arches for new employment use, and collaboration with artist Nathan Coley.
